Hi Lucas! Great questions: 1) An LLC is advantageous in our current stage and we will likely wait to convert until a future fundraising round requires us to. It's a simple process and we have all the pieces in place to do so. 2) We are already profitable as of 2021 🚀We plan to use the funds from this campaign to 2-3X revenue year over year.
