Barnaby, Thanks for your comment and you are right that most crowd funds have a lower minimum than $1k. Given we are a B2B platform and most of our investors will be professionals from the market and insights industry, we felt that this was the right amount for two reasons. Firstly, to give our investors enough "skin in the game" to become active ambassadors and promote Veriglif among their colleagues. Secondly, to ensure that the gains are more significant and worthwhile participating.

Santosh, We officially have 2 full-time employees, myself and our CTO. However, we have 9 other team members who have and continue to put a massive effort into the project each and every day and we also currently use contractors. With this raise we will expand the team to more full-time staff.

Steve, you can use Veriglif to better target consumers (sample) because you have more data on them from multiple sources; for example, one data supplier may have marital status and another has number of vehicles owned - together they can be purchased and blended automatically to give a lot more accurate view. Jeremy, thanks for your question. Veriglif is like VISA or Mastercard - we charge a transaction fee to use the network. The sellers specify their price for their data assets. For market research usage this will be a few cents per record.
