Once funding has been secured, how do you plan to give investors a ROI? Will there be annual dividends or profit sharing?

Once funding is in place, at the end of each year, investors will get 5% interest on their investment. Assuming the convertible note is converted to shares, then the investors will be entitled to dividends when declared.

How is this related to the Bloody Mary rtd or is it a separate enterprise?

We’ve decided to fold in all prior investors in the Bloody Mary into this new enterprise so they all benefit from all our products, including our new lines of RTD cocktails as well as our existing wine and spirits business. So although we still plan on coming out with a bloody Mary, probably in a bottle, all those who invested in the Bloody Mary, will be able to get some returns from our other businesses while the Bloody Mary is being developed.
