Hi everyone,
At Zero X, we believe real innovation happens not just on construction sites, but in the quiet intensity of labs and simulations, where every detail is pressure-tested before it scales.
So, what are we working on right now?
⚙️ Simulating the Future of Clean Energy
At our Leipzig office, our current focus is the simulation of flow and thermal characteristics for a cylindrical tar reformer — a key part of our gas purification process.
This isn’t just theoretical work. It’s a critical step toward:
âś… Cleaner syngas
âś… Lower emissions
✅ Higher compatibility with advanced energy systems — including fuel cells
By simulating how gas flows and heats within this system, we can optimize performance and reduce impurities that traditionally hold gasification technologies back.
🔍 Why It Matters
Purified syngas is essential for turning waste into truly high-quality, low-emission energy.
By refining our tar reforming system now, we’re positioning the X-150 to deliver:
• Lower maintenance costs
• Greater system lifespan
• Better integration into distributed energy grids and hydrogen-ready applications
🧠Engineering the Edge
This kind of engineering work might not make headlines, but it’s the reason Zero X will be able to operate cleanly, reliably, and globally at scale.
We're not just building machines. We’re engineering systems that make waste a viable energy resource for the 21st century.
We’ll have more to share soon, including early deployment news and partnership updates. Thanks for being with us as we build the next generation of clean energy.
Best,
The Zero-X Team
