Hi Tabor United owners and investors.

Somehow, our former marketing partner Jose Ruiz from Space Capital accessed our account without authorization.

Jose is upset because we disagree over the amount owed for his work. The contract has clear terms (which we have fulfilled), but Jose wants more (without explanation).

We switched to a new marketing partner in March because of some dishonesty we discovered on the part of Jose, who was also managing campaigns of other football clubs.

We have made numerous offers to pay Jose (all in writing) far more than he is owed, but he insists on even more. He has no valid legal claims, so he illegally used this platform to try to damage our reputation, which is unfortunate.

Needless to say, we are filing a lawsuit (at no cost to investors) against Jose for a variety of claims.

We are more than happy to provide full information and all relevant contracts to any investor who is interested in seeing the truth. At Tabor United, we pride ourselves on transparency.
