We’re excited to share two major milestones that further validate the breakthrough potential of SMART Tire technology on the global stage.
Earlier this month, The SMART Tire Company was honored to participate in the 2025 Technology & National Security Conference, held at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan. SMART Tire was selected as one of the Top 5 innovation companies from a highly competitive pool of applicants, and had the opportunity to pitch to a packed room of over 1,000 attendees, including top investors, policymakers, and academic leaders from Harvard, MIT, and other top institutions.
We placed 3rd overall in the pitch competition (we ran out of time), but our airless, sustainable, shape memory alloy tires drew serious interest from stakeholders in defense, mobility, and national infrastructure. We definitely made an incredible impact on the attending audience (lots of questions, even students asking for jobs)! We’re proud to see our work recognized as a game-changing technology with applications across both commercial and government sectors.

The Founders Forum is one of the most exclusive and influential gatherings of entrepreneurs, investors, and visionaries in the world. Past attendees have included tech icons, world leaders, and executives from companies like Google, Meta, and SoftBank. Only a handful of startups are invited to present, and we’re incredibly proud to be one of them.
