Our Wefunder Community Round component closes on April 1, 2025. As an investor in this round, you are part of the fundamental anchor of L'esprit Cruises. Also, your eventual equity ownership will prove to be the most valuable segment of our investor community from this point forward.

Our ROUND 2 will begin on April 2, 2025 and will not include a crowd funding component. Therefore, any potential investors who do not participate before this deadline will miss out of the crowd funding portion of this opportunity.

From this point forward, only accredited investors, such as Angel Investors and Venture Capitalists will be able to participate.

From September 2025 to present, we've engaged the services of an 'investor & user acquisition agency', DIGITAL NICHE AGENCY (DNA), located in Los Angeles, California.

Their goals were twofold:

1. Determine the level of interest that people have in our L'esprit Cruises project.

2. Identify potential investors.

Their tasks were to create meaningful advertisements about L'esprit Cruises and to distribute those ads daily through social media across the country. So far, their campaign has reached over 437,000 people, generating 807,000 views and overwhelmingly positive engagement.

The underlying indicators suggest strong interest and excitement for our business's success.

This engagement confirmed the potential demand for our concept and validated our market potential.
