Good Evening Valued Investors at EV Semi-Fleet Corp.

Jake Guerra here, CEO at EVSF.

Our team at EV Semi-Fleet is staged to be an EV, Class-8 Fleet. Unfortunately, our ability to launch with a Tesla Semi-Truck fleet is highly dependent on Tesla entering into Mass Production.

If you asked me 2 years ago, when we placed our initial order of (50) Tesla Semis & sent Tesla $1,000,000, I (and many others) would have said we believe EVSF would get delivery of at least (1) within 24 months. Although, here we are, 24 months later, still awaiting the first of many.

We are not alone... Only Pepsi/Frito Lay have received Tesla Semis (Approx 25).

Fortunately, the Tesla Semi-Truck has proven to be the most efficient & longest range All-Electric Semis, seen in the Run on Less. Read More: electric-trucks-could-handle-millions-of-short-haul-routes-across-north-america

Overall, the event demonstrated just how far electric trucks have come since the last Run on Less Electric in 2021. . Three Tesla Semis operated by PepsiCo stole the show, averaging over 500 miles each over the three-week period and recording a 1,076 mile day. While the precise payload was not made public, PepsiCo’s Dejan Antunović confirmed that the three Semis were “actively delivering/hauling beverages across Northern & Central California, and Nevada, with gross vehicle weight plus load above 70,000 lbs for more than 65% of our miles ran.”

2 years ago, EVSF placed our bet on the best technology and we still believes in the original vision!!

In other good news, EVSF now has access to a 24/7 CCS (non-tesla charging) charging hub in Jacksonville, FL. (Possible future Tesla Semi Charging Hub) and another fast charging CCS station that will be accessible to our fleet in Orlando, FL. (Expected June/July 2024) at the Orange County Convention Center. These 2 Charging location could open up early stage regional routes, with the ability to charge non-Tesla semi-trucks like the all-electric, Volvo VNR, eCascadia, BYD and/or Nikola TRE BEV. At the moment, the same alternative EV Semi-Truck options are available from competing OEMs. The only new addition, is the Hydrogen fueled Nikola (big discounts if placed in drayage ops in SoCal, and minor improvements on existing EV Day cabs.

In addition, According to an article published by electrek.co, it looks as if Tesla is installing a (1,700) mile stretch, with (9) Megawatt Charging Stations, from Fremont, CA to Laredo, TX.

Another (6) along I-10 could connect Jacksonville, FL. to Fremont, CA., what could be close to a 3,000 Mile EV Freight Route! This is in line with EV Semi-Fleet's founding vision to move freight coast to coast, along I-10.
