In one of our last updates we mentioned some exciting news regarding the UK.

Well, I'm pleased to share that we have acquired Air HR, a UK-based HR software platform.

Air is a beautiful, easy-to-use platform that is going to add great functionality and UX / UI to our product and customers.

Air was created with a hub-and-spoke model in mind - the hub centers around people management, with additional spokes being implemented for things like payroll, expense management and time tracking.

This approach allows companies to pick, choose and pay only for what they need.

Air was founded by a strong team, including the former CEO Nick Holzherr. Nick was also the founder of Whisk.com which was later acquired by Samsung.

Air comes with a customer base of over 3,000 users, many of whom have been asking Air for payroll functionality.

KarbonPay is working to launch UK payroll within the next few months, which will be another huge development for us, adding England, Wales and Scotland to our list of countries.

With the addition of another company, market and customers to our portfolio, now is a great time to invest. Invest here.
