We are thrilled to provide some exciting new updates for you all in regards to our chain placements and authorizations.

We are officially approved to sell into Bevmo, Total Wine, Whole Foods, and Raley's for the entire state of California. We are currently distributing with Morris Distributors for San Francisco to Mendocino, Bay Area Distributors for Contra Costa Counties and Alameda, and Mussetter Distributors for the greater Sacramento.

We are actively speaking with several large distributors for Southern California and the Central Valley.

If we are able to secure distribution for these two territories we will have full California coverage.

The importance of full-state coverage:

If we are able to secure full state coverage for distribution, we will begin to seek mandates and inclusion in the regular schematics for all of our chain retail partners. This will guarantee us a shelf placement in all of their stores, instead of requiring us to sell our products into each store individually.

Between these four chains there are over 500 locations throughout California, and we are authorized to sell all four of our core beers: Apricot Wheat, Kolsch, Pilsner and IPA into their stores.

RTD:

Our final samples of our RTD cans have arrived. We are using these samples to secure distribution for our lineup of RTD canned cocktails in all of our chain retail partners before we have begun producing the product. We are targeting an August 3rd launch date for this lineup.

Our current goal is to 1) Secure full state distribution throughout California by the end of Q3 and 2) To secure chain mandates for all four of our core beers, and four of our core RTD canned cocktails for the Q4 reset.

Tequila:

We have been notified by the Mexican government that our permits to begin producing tequila for our canned Margarita are less than four weeks from being issued.

Additionally, we were able to secure permits to begin bottling the tequila that we'll be using for our canned Margaritas to offer bottled Seven Stills tequila. We believe that this will be an incredible addition to our lineup of spirits, and are planning to launch our spirits to distribution in Q1 of 2023.

Next goal is Safeway/Albertsons/Vons. We are in active talks with their group, and are hoping to receive approval for at least two of our products for the fall reset. This would give us inclusion into over 2,700 stores throughout their network.
