Latino Business Action Network Feature!

I am extremely proud to share our story of survival and give thanks for Stanford University's "Latino Business Action Network" program I attended during the 2020 Pandemic. Not only did I benefit from the world class Stanford Business School resources and professors, but the network and resources were equally if not more valuable. As the pandemic continued, my LBAN network shared best practices, challenges and the emotional support of just commiserating together. When there was a grant or loan program, we all found out together and applied.

It is no exaggeration that this program saved my company!

Now, working with Stanford and LBAN, we are pushing our stories to support all other businesses trying to scale, especially Latino owned businesses. Watch here at : https://www.lban.us/scaled

For you, my investors, who believed in our business, know that I am in the process of leveraging the learnings, network and inspiration to grow Border X Brewing to the next level. The pandemic only slowed us, I will be sharing with you a bigger, bolder and more inspirational business strategy

What is the exit strategy for investors?
Hi Cristian, the plan is to do a new raise for this strategy, which will trigger your SAFE agreement and provide liquidity. The strike price for early SAFE investors will be 20% less than the new investors, providing a fixed return. Should you want to wait further, such as early Brewdog investors did, returns could be more significant.
Hi David! It's been awhile since we've had any updates! What's the latest?
Hi David. Happy New Year! Any updates for 2023?
Thank you for your patience, good things are brewing!
