I am excited to announce that Mevo is planning to join the Logitech family (logitech.com). We expect to close the acquisition in February, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions and are excited for our future together. Our mission has always been to help provide the highest quality live streaming video experience. And now by becoming part of Logitech our mission will progress even further with their reach, resources, and expertise.
