If you’re a small or mid-market real estate developer, the hardest part of the job is not building.

It’s financing.

Raising capital is fragmented and expensive. Developers rely on brokers, emails, and cold outreach, juggling PDFs and spreadsheets instead of building.

Founder Story


I built UnderContrac after seeing firsthand how hard it is to raise money for real estate projects, even when the deal itself makes sense.

As a real estate investor and developer, I spent more time chasing documents, emails, and approvals than actually building. Too often, progress depended on who you knew or how well you could navigate a messy process, not on the strength of the project. Some deals fell apart simply because the process became unnecessarily long, delayed, and disorganized.

UnderContrac is the platform I wish existed back then. It’s built to make raising capital clearer and more straightforward by giving developers and investors better tools to stay organized, share information, and move forward with confidence.
