The moment I saw George looking for investors I knew I wanted to be a part the next phase of his company. We met in 2016 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where we both participated in a boucherie event. A social gathering with Chefs from all over the country to preserve this tradition of using every part of the animal and share recipes we grew up with. After a few more boucheries together, I could see his passion for preserving meats. Watching over the growth of the company over the last few years & expanding the brand. I could see how hard George has worked non stop to get to this point. I do believe that butchery & meat fabrication is an art. Something that should be shared with friends and family. Personally cured meats has been apart of my daily life from sandwich, salads, pizzas, movie nights, picnics, road trips, hiking trip, beach trips, weddings. I don’t see any occasion that you couldn’t have it. The demand is not going away. I feel comfortable knowing that Turchetti’s values the craft, will be using premium ingredients, and working other small businesses to produce a delicious product to bring into any home for years to come.
