The Public Fund for Extraordinary Evidence

Fund the evidence. Build the future.

Truth Fund is a media, research, technology and strategic-capital company being founded by a cross-disciplinary coalition of leading figures from science, journalism, filmmaking, technology, government, law and public-interest investigation.

Our purpose is to investigate extraordinary questions—and support the people and companies developing extraordinary answers.

Find it. Fund it. Verify it. Release it.

The opportunity

Some of the world’s most consequential ideas remain trapped between institutional caution, fragmented research, inadequate capital and sensational media.

Important records, technologies, scientific findings and firsthand accounts may exist, but establishing their significance requires serious work:

  1. Locating original sources
  2. Establishing provenance and chain of custody
  3. Funding scientific replication
  4. Acquiring or licensing important material
  5. Supporting archival and public-records research
  6. Conducting forensic analysis
  7. Developing better sensors and research tools
  8. Producing credible reporting and documentaries
  9. Publishing results that can withstand scrutiny
  10. Helping promising discoveries become durable companies

Traditional media usually arrives after a discovery. Researchers often lack capital and distribution. Investors may lack the expertise to evaluate unconventional fields. Independent investigators rarely have the resources to pursue difficult evidence at scale.

Truth Fund is designed to bring these capabilities together.

What we are building

Truth Fund will operate through four connected engines.

Evidence Missions

Evidence Missions are professionally managed investigations with defined questions, budgets, milestones, sources and possible outcomes.

A mission may combine investigative journalism, documentary production, archival research, public-records litigation, scientific testing, forensic analysis, lawful evidence acquisition and community research.

Every mission begins with a question—not a predetermined conclusion.

Possible outcomes include:

Verified. Explained. Inconclusive. Unresolved.

Negative findings matter. Corrections matter. Contradictory evidence matters. Trust depends on publishing what the investigation finds, even when the answer is less exciting than the original claim.

Media

Truth Fund will produce original documentaries, series, podcasts, interviews, reporting, live programming and premium member content.

The investigation itself can become compelling media, while the resulting footage, archives, reporting and intellectual property can create long-term value.

Technology

Truth Fund will develop tools for managing claims, sources, provenance, evidence, scientific review and public participation.

These tools may become independent software products, licensed research infrastructure or the foundation of new technology companies.

Strategic capital

Truth Fund may support external researchers, inventors, laboratories, media projects and companies pursuing breakthrough work aligned with our mission.

Depending on the opportunity and applicable law, that support may include:

  1. Research grants
  2. Prizes and milestone payments
  3. Sponsored research
  4. Commercial partnerships
  5. Licensing agreements
  6. Revenue-sharing agreements
  7. Joint ventures
  8. Acquisitions
  9. Company incubation
  10. Direct strategic investments
  11. Equity, debt or other ownership interests
  12. Special-purpose vehicles
  13. Separately organized affiliated investment vehicles

Truth Fund may also help launch companies around technologies, intellectual property or discoveries developed through its network.

This gives the company flexibility to do more than report on important breakthroughs. Where appropriate, Truth Fund can help finance, develop, commercialize and participate economically in them.

A coalition that does not need to agree

Truth Fund is being built as a coalition, not a personality-driven organization.

The founding group will bring together leaders with complementary capabilities:

  1. Scientists and technical experts
  2. Investigative journalists
  3. Documentary filmmakers and producers
  4. Attorneys and public-records specialists
  5. Former officials and policy experts
  6. Archivists and historians
  7. Engineers and technology founders
  8. Major media and cultural figures
  9. Investors and philanthropists
  10. Skeptics willing to test extraordinary claims rigorously

The coalition becomes stronger because its members do not all agree on the explanation.

A scientist can participate because the methodology is serious. A journalist can participate because the records should be public. A filmmaker can participate because the investigation is extraordinary storytelling. An investor can participate because discoveries can produce valuable intellectual property and companies. A skeptic can participate because resolving famous claims has value regardless of the outcome.

Individual founding members will be announced only after their participation and public role have been verified.

Our first Evidence Mission

Mission 001: Holloman

The initial objective is to locate and authenticate the strongest surviving source material related to the alleged Holloman footage.

The mission may include provenance mapping, archival research, witness interviews, rights negotiations, forensic analysis and documentary production.

No outcome is assumed. The mission succeeds by reaching the strongest conclusion the available evidence permits.

Additional missions will open only after they have a defined objective, lawful research plan, responsible budget and credible review process.

Beyond UAP

UAP and alleged non-human intelligence provide a powerful starting point, but the underlying model is much broader.

Truth Fund may eventually pursue or support:

  1. Advanced aerospace
  2. Novel propulsion
  3. Energy generation and storage
  4. Materials science
  5. Sensor and imaging technology
  6. Robotics and autonomous systems
  7. Artificial intelligence
  8. Consciousness research
  9. Space science
  10. Biotechnology
  11. Archaeology and disputed artifacts
  12. Lost or endangered archives
  13. Unexplained natural phenomena
  14. Other frontier research neglected by conventional institutions

The standard is not whether an idea sounds extraordinary.

The standard is whether there is a lawful, testable and potentially important path to finding out.

A media company with a research and investment engine

Truth Fund is designed to generate revenue from multiple connected business lines.

Potential revenue sources include:

  1. Paid memberships and subscriptions
  2. Exclusive documentaries, series, podcasts and interviews
  3. Premium investigative reporting
  4. Film, television and streaming distribution
  5. Licensing of footage, archives and intellectual property
  6. Sponsorships and underwriting
  7. Live events and member briefings
  8. Books, merchandise and special editions
  9. Research tools and evidence-management software
  10. Institutional and educational licensing
  11. Production and research partnerships
  12. Technology commercialization
  13. Patent and intellectual-property licensing
  14. Revenue-sharing agreements
  15. Dividends, distributions or proceeds from strategic holdings
  16. Management or advisory fees from affiliated vehicles
  17. Carried interests or similar economic participation
  18. Acquisitions and exits involving incubated or portfolio companies

Not every revenue line will be pursued immediately. The company will prioritize opportunities based on mission alignment, commercial potential, regulatory requirements and available expertise.

Essential public-interest findings should remain public. Paid products and commercial activities can finance deeper investigation, production, preservation and future research.

How strategic investments may work

Truth Fund may invest directly from its balance sheet when legally and operationally appropriate.

It may also establish separate subsidiaries, special-purpose vehicles, joint ventures or affiliated funds for particular investments or categories of research.

These structures could allow Truth Fund to:

  1. Separate operating activities from investment activities
  2. Bring specialized investors into specific opportunities
  3. Isolate financial and legal risk
  4. Partner with universities, laboratories and established companies
  5. Incubate discoveries before forming standalone companies
  6. Participate in the long-term value created by funded research
  7. Manage third-party capital where legally permitted
  8. Earn fees or economic participation from affiliated vehicles

Any such activity would be structured with appropriate securities, tax, corporate and regulatory counsel. Some vehicles or opportunities may be limited to eligible or accredited investors.

Important offering distinction

This Wefunder offering is an investment in Truth Fund, the operating company.

It is not a direct investment in any particular Evidence Mission, portfolio company, fund, security or special-purpose vehicle.

Truth Fund’s name describes its mission and operating model. It does not mean that this Wefunder offering is itself a pooled investment fund.

Wefunder investors may benefit from the overall growth and value of Truth Fund according to the securities offered and the company’s governing documents. They should not assume direct ownership of, or returns from, any particular investigation, affiliated vehicle or strategic investment unless the applicable offering documents expressly provide otherwise.

Technology built for evidence

Truth Fund will develop an evidence platform that distinguishes:

  1. Established fact
  2. Firsthand testimony
  3. Secondhand testimony
  4. Allegation
  5. Inference
  6. Hypothesis
  7. Unresolved question

Important claims should include sources, dates, provenance, supporting evidence, contradictory evidence and a visible status.

Community participation will reward useful work—finding primary sources, locating archives, correcting errors, translating records and contributing technical analysis—not agreement with sensational claims.

The result should feel less like a social network and more like an operating system for public-interest investigation and frontier research.

Lawful evidence and responsible research

Truth Fund will not pay anyone to steal classified material, hack systems, trespass, remove government property, violate court orders, breach lawful security obligations or commit export-control violations.

The company may support:

  1. Lawful records acquisition
  2. Archival purchases
  3. Media-rights transactions
  4. Authorized whistleblower pathways
  5. Scientific and forensic testing
  6. Source protection within the law
  7. Public-records litigation
  8. Preservation of historically important material
  9. Independent replication of research
  10. Development of lawful research technology
  11. Commercialization of legitimate discoveries

Sensitive acquisition, investment and publication decisions will require appropriate legal and technical review.

Why now

Public interest in unexplained aerospace phenomena, frontier science and breakthrough technology has expanded far beyond niche audiences.

At the same time, traditional institutions remain structurally cautious about unconventional research. Media organizations rarely finance the underlying science. Investors may struggle to distinguish meaningful breakthroughs from unsupported claims.

The audience exists. The unresolved questions exist. The researchers, inventors and storytellers exist.

What is missing is an institution capable of coordinating capital, expertise, technology and mass distribution around the evidence itself.

Why this can become a major company

Every serious mission can create more than a single article or film.

An Evidence Mission can produce:

  1. Original reporting
  2. Documentary footage
  3. Interviews and podcasts
  4. Licensable archives
  5. Books and educational material
  6. Live programming
  7. Research datasets
  8. Evidence-management technology
  9. Patents and intellectual property
  10. New commercial partnerships
  11. Incubated companies
  12. Strategic investment opportunities
  13. A community invested in the next mission

Truth Fund can create value through both the public investigation and the technologies, media rights, intellectual property and companies that emerge around it.

If Truth Fund earns public trust, it can become the defining media, research and strategic-capital institution for extraordinary evidence and breakthrough discovery.

Use of proceeds

Capital from this round is expected to support:

  1. Initial Evidence Mission development
  2. Editorial and investigative staff
  3. Documentary and digital production
  4. Legal and public-records work
  5. Scientific and forensic analysis
  6. Sponsored research
  7. Evidence preservation and storage
  8. Product and platform engineering
  9. Research technology
  10. Security and source-protection systems
  11. Membership and subscription infrastructure
  12. Distribution, partnerships and audience growth
  13. Company incubation and commercialization
  14. Initial strategic investments where appropriate
  15. Formation of subsidiaries or affiliated vehicles
  16. General operations and working capital

Actual allocations may change as missions, legal requirements and commercial opportunities develop.

The vision

We are not building another website that tells people what to believe.

We are building an institution capable of investigating extraordinary questions, producing world-class media, supporting breakthrough research and helping important discoveries become enduring technologies and companies.

What if millions of people pooled their resources—not only to investigate the unknown, but to build what comes next?

Find it. Fund it. Verify it. Release it.
