How much money the founder invested in the project? Investors receive 5% of net profits for the first 2 years only? Who keeps all the profits after year 3?

Hi Grigore. Thanks for your question! To date the founders have invested in excess of $20k and remain committed to increasing this amount as available funds permit. Investors receive the share of net profits for two years AFTER they have already received 15% per annum return on their investment and their capital has been repaid as an additional bonus for investing.

Question - profit share agreement states the "repayment of the investment amount + 15% interest per year". Is the principle being repaid also in those quarterly payment or just the interest rates? And if it is what is the based on, in terms of time?

Hi Sergio - great question. The 15% per annum is paid quarterly until the Investment Amount (i.e. the principle) has been repaid in full. This is paid via quarterly payments from Net Profits with 100% of Net Profits being allocated to repayment of the Investment Amount.

This is of course the big one here - our goal is to secure investment by the fall of 2024 with site selection, building and equipment manufacturing etc taking place over the next 3-4 months. We would ideally like to be open by the end of winter ready to take advantage of the unpredictable Tennessee Winter/Spring weather!!
