I'm investing in The Flip Side because I believe that political polarization and distrust of news media are top issues that the world will reckon with in the coming years. I'm not a political junkie, but I believe in the civic duty of being informed. In a world of oversimplifications, The Flip Side helps me to quickly cut through the non-sense and get straight to understanding all sides of an issue without losing the nuance. The Flip Side encourages me to think for myself and come to my own conclusions while keeping my prior biases in check. I believe in their mission and look forward to supporting them in making the world a better, more informed place.
The Flipside successfully addresses the largest issue with US politics. People need a reliable non biased source to get news from, as well as understanding “the other side’s viewpoints” from level headed people instead of regurgitating extremists views that most people in the other party don’t even agree with. This helps unify the two parties instead of mainstream media on both sides prioritizing further divide. I also love how they do hours of work and aggregate it all into an easy to read 5 minute summary. Nobody has time to sift through biased news and figure out what’s fact based and what’s not on every single issue. I question how many people are willing to pay $10 a month for the forum, but trust Annafi and team to figure out how to successfully monetize the Flipside.

I've been reading for a while now and strongly believe in the mission of your company. We need to focus on seeing how the other side thinks and bridging the divide between people.
"Moonshot" investing is the reason I joined WeFunder, but sometimes a spectacularly good idea is too exciting and potential to miss.
I believe in the tenets underlying your platform. They are similar to several other organizations I've engaged with. It's exciting to see them developed to the extent that you have done. Good Luck!!
As a person whose parents are on the other side of the political spectrum, I've appreciated the newsletter for fostering more productive discussions with them/others and I look forward to seeing how the Forum can work.
I'm a West Point graduate and Army veteran who currently works as an operations manager for a small non-profit in Haiti.
I find your newsletter valuable and recommend it to others, so here's hoping your next project can build on that success.

I respect the effort to provide information on issues that has context. The reasoning is important to help me weigh the pros and cons in making choices about issues. Thank you for the opportunity to invest and learn.
The world needs this
What you’re doing is important!!
I'm so excited for the next leg of your work. Annafi, you are a frekin bad ass
I believe that our nation is better when we see both sides of an issue. The Flip Side has been a great resource to help understand a positive intent of how "the other side" thinks.
I believe that pluralism is our strength. While I lean right, I know that I don't have all the answers to a strong, pluralistic, liberal republic. We all need each other and we all need to talk things through. The Flip Side seems to share these values.
I'm a writer and writing coach interested in using what capital I have to invest to help make the world a better place.
I agree we need to invest in much in bringing Americans together, helping us benefit from the wisdom and truth held on all sides, as those profiting from our divisions are investing. Keep up the great work!
