These funds are designed to launch and scale the first wave of local communities, proving the model and accelerating national expansion.
The largest allocation goes to marketing and customer acquisition to launch the first wave of local communities. Operations is the second followed by product development which funds the platform families and businesses will use daily. Local Leader Activation funds the on-the-ground program that drives the flywheel in each new market.
The raise is structured as a Regulation Crowdfund offering. SAFE notes with a $15M valuation cap. The minimum investment is $1,000. Early investors participate before the community rollout, meaning they're in the cap table before the growth phase begins.
