For too long, Downtown, West, and Southwest Louisville have faced disinvestment and systemic neglect. But we see this not as a setback—but as a chance to build something transformative.

The Gateway & Seven Bridges project is a bold answer to the growing call for economic empowerment, ownership, and generational wealth. Guided by our mission to See A Need – Fill A Need, this isn’t just about development—it’s about creating a new model for community-driven prosperity.

Our goal: to build a thriving, inclusive ecosystem where residents can live, work, and build wealth right where they are.

The demand is clear. Extensive surveys with residents and business owners across Downtown, West, and Southwest Louisville confirm a direct need for the services and facilities our project provides. This isn't just development; it's a direct economic impact: creating jobs, boosting local spending, and increasing property values along the Corridor. Our project isn't just aligned with Louisville's growth; it's a catalyst for a stronger sense of community, self-preservation, and generational wealth for its residents. Explore the market data and community feedback that prove our strategic advantage.

Our vision isn't just a dream; it's a meticulously planned, four-phase roadmap with significant momentum already built. 'Phase One: Gathering Seed' is in full effect – we've secured our headquarters, established key partnerships, and acquired property for the JACMAC Incubator. We're actively seeking diverse funding to propel us forward. Phases Two, Three, and Four outline a clear path to 'Reaping the Harvest' by late 2026. This isn't just a plan; it's tangible progress you can invest in. View our timeline and milestones, which demonstrate our unwavering commitment.

Phase One Is Underway—and the Momentum Is Real

We’ve secured a permanent headquarters that aligns perfectly with The Gateway & Seven Bridges: 7th Street Corridor ProjecGateway & The 7 Bridges Project mission to serve the community with maximum impact. Our presence is already being felt along the 7th Street Corridor, where we've established meaningful partnerships with existing businesses and community stakeholders.

We’re not starting from scratch—we’re building on owned property that’s set to become the future home of the JACMAC Incubator, a hub for local entrepreneurs and job creation. Our network is strong, with collaborative relationships in place across local, regional, and national business organizations.

As we continue to grow, we’re actively pursuing funding from community development financial institutions (CDFIs), mission-aligned banks, and both public and private investors. We’re also responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support the early phases of the Corridor’s transformation. The groundwork is set, and we’re ready to scale with purpose.

Phase Two: Listening First, Then Building

Phase Two began by doing what matters most—listening. Through surveys with SUPER BEAUTI clients, residents from West and Southwest Louisville, business owners, and stakeholders along the 7th Street Corridor, we asked one essential question: What do YOU want to see in your community?

That feedback is now shaping our next steps. Residents from South Louisville and nearby neighborhoods shared their hopes, ideas, and priorities—and we’re turning that input into action.

Through the SANFAN Key Center, we’re already investing in the next generation of entrepreneurs. We’re training and equipping aspiring founders who are ready to launch startups right here in the Corridor. This isn’t just about development—it’s about empowering local talent to lead the change from within.

Phase Three: Expansion, Activation, and Long-Term Vision

Phase Three is all about growth with purpose. We’re actively working to acquire more properties along the 7th Street Corridor, expanding The Gateway & Seven Bridges: 7th Street Corridor Project’s footprint to support a thriving ecosystem of commerce, culture, and community.

By Fall 2025, we plan to open the JACMAC Shacks—flexible, pop-up spaces designed to spark small business activity and generate early revenue. These funds will fuel the next transformation: turning key parcels into the Genesis Gateway Building, a flagship mixed-use development.

Our architectural and engineering partners have already laid out stunning renderings, and we’re now finalizing a layout that brings the vision to life—blending retail, office space, eateries, green zones, and recreation areas in one cohesive corridor.

As this new community hub takes shape, we’ll create opportunities for entrepreneurs and mission-aligned organizations to lease or purchase space—building a legacy of local ownership and inclusive economic development.

Phase Four: The Genesis Completion & Community Celebration

Phase Four marks a powerful milestone—the Genesis Completion Celebration of the 7th Street Corridor! While we remain flexible to account for the unexpected, we’re confidently projecting project completion by the end of 2026.

By then, the JACMAC-supported eateries and shops will be thriving, with a wave of new businesses joining the momentum. Their success won’t just be a result of the development—it will drive the continued growth and expansion of the Corridor.

To honor this transformational moment, we’re planning a large-scale community celebration in late 2026 or early 2027. This groundbreaking event will officially kick off construction on the Genesis Gateway Building and recognize the early wins, tireless efforts, and collective belief that made this vision possible.

More than a building, the Genesis Gateway will symbolize a bridge—connecting neighborhoods, creating opportunity, and showcasing what’s possible when a community leads its own future.

JACMAC: Where Vision Meets Venture

JACMAC is more than just an incubator—it’s the heart of our mission. Short for Jesus As Christ Making Applicable Communications, JACMAC embodies our holistic approach to entrepreneurship, equity, and empowerment.

This incubator will serve as the genesis for aspiring entrepreneurs—especially those from marginalized and underserved communities—to discover their purpose, claim their space in the 7th Street Corridor, and take their place in the broader movement of local economic development.

Through JACMAC, entrepreneurs with powerful ideas and promising products will have the tools to grow: mentorship, business training, hands-on support, and a launchpad to perfect their offerings. But it's more than business—it's about building a foundation for long-term success, rooted in self-sufficiency and community investment.

These changemakers won’t just create jobs—they’ll become role models, mentors, and local heroes who inspire families and youth throughout and beyond the Corridor. JACMAC is the future—and it starts here.

These funds will support a significant portion of our Phase One budget—totaling $6,996,500—for the Gateway & Seven Bridges: 7th Street Corridor Project, slated for development in 2025–2026.

This isn’t just fundraising—it’s community-backed investing with purpose.

Your investment will be part of a larger capital stack, strategically aligned with additional funding from mission-driven lenders like CDFIs, community banks, and institutional public and private investors.

Whether you choose equity or debt, your investment becomes part of a powerful engine for community revival and generational wealth.

💸 Accessible for All – Minimum Investment Starting at $100

We’ve intentionally set a low entry point to welcome as many investors as possible—because true change is built by community, not just capital. This allows everyday people to become co-owners in the revitalization of South Louisville.

📈 High-Impact, High-Potential ROI

Our investment tiers offer lucrative and fast return potential. With conservative projections, investors can expect a generous ROI across all tiers in as little as two years. This isn’t just exciting—it’s strategic. Every investment helps accelerate construction, launch businesses, and unlock value on both sides of the financial ledger.

⚠️ Transparency & Risk Awareness

As with all investments, there are risks involved. This is a real estate development project, and we want you to make an informed decision. We urge you to review our Form C filing for a complete understanding of potential risks and how we’re mitigating them.

💖 Why This Project Matters

This project was built on the belief that economic opportunity and community well-being can—and should—go hand in hand. The 7th Street Corridor will uplift underserved populations, create new jobs, foster local ownership, and serve as a model for equitable development.

This is about more than ROI. It’s about rewriting the story of a neighborhood. It’s about building something our children’s children can be proud of. It’s about love, legacy, and community power.

Because we are each other’s way in and way out—and when you invest in this vision, you help make that future real.

Join us in building the future—brick by brick, block by block, with purpose.

A Vision That Goes Beyond One Corridor—We’re Building a Movement

Our long-term vision is bold, but it’s rooted in tangible progress and powerful purpose. At the heart of it lies the Genesis Gateway Building, the crown jewel of the 7th Street Corridor—an anchor that will bridge South Louisville’s neighborhoods, ignite local commerce, and serve as a beacon of hope, ownership, and opportunity.

But this is just the beginning.

🚀 Scaling with Intention

  • Year 1: It Starts in Louisville
  • We launch right here—laying the foundation, acquiring land, and developing housing and commercial spaces that reflect the values and needs of the community.
  • Year 2: Expand Beyond the City
  • With proof of concept and momentum in hand, we’ll scale this model to other cities ready for transformation—growing both assets and income streams while staying true to the SANFAN mission.
  • Long-Term: A Multi-Regional Ecosystem
  • We envision a national network of land-based and digital assets—an interconnected ecosystem that generates exponential growth, supports local entrepreneurs, and empowers residents from the ground up.

🌍 A Replicable Model for National Impact

The Gateway & Seven Bridges isn’t just a Louisville success story in the making—it’s a template for community-driven real estate development across the country. As we scale, we aim to bring this model to underserved neighborhoods nationwide, proving that inclusive growth and grassroots ownership are not only possible—they’re powerful.

This is how we redefine real estate—from gentrification to regeneration, from disinvestment to legacy-building.

Join us on the journey to transform cities, empower people, and build wealth that stays in the community.
