Can I invest if I own a Florid liquor license?

Hi Richard - you absolutely can as this does not violate the three tier system. The initial investment is for an interest bearing note. If the investment converts per the terms, we will run an analysis prior to the conversion indicating the number of shares issued and will be reaching out to every investor to ensure they can own them and at that amount. Our "spokes" are a long term goal that will help us reduce the cost of making and storing our aged products (whiskey) that we will do right before expanding to multiple locations throughout Tourist areas in the state of Florida. Hi, is the debt level an issue and what happens if you don't raise the minimum amount? How much of the raise goes to repay debt?

Hi Robert! We will be using the majority of the proceeds to pay down the high interest debt. The monthly expenses will remain constant and the money that was saved from those note payments will be spent on both hiring and grain/production expenses for our whiskey lines.
