Hi Ryan, Talino's ownership of its portfolio companies range from 22% to 100%, depending on which stage these companies are in. The criteria to IPO depends on a variety of factors ranging from market timing , the health of our gross margins, and road map for growth. Hi Kevin - $250K is minimum. The momentary drop was just processing lag when some of the investors converted their reservation to committed investment.
