Hi Lance. The product currently is in its final stages and we are waiting on a special grant to help us perform product certification testing. I believe a realistic date for selling the veterinary product is Q2 or Q3 of 2025. These goals are tied with how fast we can raise the funds.

Hi Kim. Very good question. We have two patent applications in Europe and the US. Currently, they are at the review stage. The patents went from provisional to international (PCT) to national (US and Europe). See for example patent number WO2020141527A1 on google patents to get an idea.

The valuation at $16M is done mostly to give value to our friends, family, network and supporters a chance to invest and be part of the company where otherwise they couldn't. We are seeking a much higher amount later of around $15M with venture capital investors to get us to the FDA trial approval. The valuation will be much higher. Hi Glenn. I checked with the WeFunder platform. The reason is that some people have invested a large amount, before you did, to exceed the $100K but their investment still hasn't been confirmed, and it is not shown on the platform. On the other hand, there are others who invested twice by mistake so their amount may be removed from the total. So, it depends on whether people confirm their investments or not.
