Hi Edward, 1. We develop affordable housing and mixed use buildings made up of primarily affordable housing. Our Jamestown project is a rehab project, but we also are working on new construction. 2. We do develop (build) apartment buildings. We are different than a typical real estate company in that we don't make our revenue from rents and project performance.
