Comment from StarWalker Industries, Inc.

StarWalker Industries, Inc. says, "To clarify: We are not stating the valuation of the company at this point is $25M. We have not set a valuation for our company. This investment is a convertible note that will convert at a 10% discount of our valuation at time of equity financing greater than $1M. The max valuation for the noteholders to convert at is $25M, but they get 10% discount on anything less than $25M. Therefore we not trying “achieve” a $25M valuation. We are simply stating that if there was a valuation greater than $25M, then the noteholders are capped at $25M. So it’s not a fair question for investors to say at this point “support your $25M valuation”."

I am investing in StarWalker Industries for two reasons. First, I have met and have high regard for the CEO, David Walker. He has a vision for good, clean bottled water and then recycling the plastic waste that will have a long-term positive impact on our communities. The names of the bottled water, Integrity and Positivity speaks to the core values of the company. “If Integrity could be bottled, it would look like water; pure, essential, and good.” Secondly the benefits of clean accessible water in the African American community can be a game changer. Having a bottling plant in Atlanta, GA will provide greater access to clean, healthy water and good paying jobs for both skilled and unskilled labor. StarWalker will help to eliminate waste by paying to recycle.
