Can you tell me what event you anticipate triggering a SAFE conversion? Also, any thoughts on an exit strategy would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi Andrew, Thanks for contacting Solstar. The most probable exit strategy is through acquisition. That would certainly be a trigger to convert the SAFE. It appears that the funding goal was recently changed from $1 million to $50k. What is the reasoning behind this revision? Thank you!

Hi James-- We have not made any changes. Our minimum goal was $50K which we met last summer. We are currently at $241K and we of course want to raise as much as we can in the next 7 days as our round closes on Jan 11th. We hope you choose to invest!

What does 500 get you share wise? What does 2500 get you share wise?

Hi Clair, Thank you for your question. The price per share will be determined at a later date. Basically, you would receive 5 x the number of shares if you invest $2500 than if you invest $500.
