We aim to offer free AI-powered business listings via a guided survey. Plus, on-demand expert services - document reviews and live sessions - to help close gaps.

COMPETITORS

  • M&A / sell-side advisors: They typically work with larger transactions and are less focused on small businesses
  • Small business sale marketplaces: Take a hefty percentage of the company sale and you have to list your company on their platform to access their exit prep services
