Are you all a c corporation for tax purposes? I'm assuming so given that it looks like investments qualify for Section 1202.

Question 2

Are your campervans gas-powered or electric? Other than using hemp building materials and offsetting emissions by planting trees, are you doing anything substantial to make your campervans/tiny homes sustainable?

Andrew, the core of our business model is sustainability. The vehicles are gas powered. If you are specifically asking about the environmental aspect, we only use VOC absorbing paints and low VOC glues/stains when it does not impact the durability of the material. Sustainability comes in many forms--- and we strive to use the right combination so our triple bottom line is met.

So there will be additional opportunities to invest more money into the company? Will we as current investors get front of the line privileges. I would like to put more in myself.

Jesse, That is correct. There will be future opportunities to invest when we raise capital in later "rounds." You will get discounts on future stock when this occurs!

Hi Michelle, The pro forma shows rent revenue for the tiny homes up until year 7, at which point, we would sell the homes for a profit. Our estimates were extremely conservative. The proof of concept homes will dictate when the homes will be profitable--it could be this year or several years down the road.
