Previously, getting you car serviced meant taking time off work or out of your weekend to drop it at the mechanic, waiting at a coffee shop or taking a taxi back home until the repair was done, and then going to pick up the car. 

Car maintenance can be expensive, with little insight on the process or the quality of service for the customer.

There is already a $0.5T car servicing market that is growing each year across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, and is projected to reach a $1.65T global market size by 2031.

We are addressing this underserved market by offering a convenient, transparent, and affordable car solution that eliminates all of the pain points of today's current process.

We handle the collection and delivery of the vehicle, allow for online booking, keep you updated throughout the whole servicing, and have a large network of quality parts suppliers and garages to deliver high quality and affordable maintenance.

A Car Maintenance Ecosystem

We offer service to both private car owners and fleet owners/governments. Our relationships with parts suppliers and independent workshops allow us to have full quality and price control of our process, so that we can deliver the best experience to our customers.

We are the only player in this space that offers everything someone wants and needs from the their car servicing experience.

Revenue

We make the majority of our revenue from spare parts and labor charges.

We have seen excellent growth YoY since 2021, with 20% Q-on-Q growth in this year alone. We are already on track for $14.01M in revenue next year!

We currently operate in four global markets (UAE, Oman, UK, and Qatar), with over 18,000 cars serviced in this year alone. We have only been operating in Oman and the UK for ten months, and are already generating revenue. Qatar has just recently been launched in November 2022.

In the near future, we plan to expand to California, USA.

We are also seeing consistent customer registration growth each quarter as word spreads of our convenience and quality.

Our Leadership Team

Service My Car was founded by Ozair Puda when he moved to UAE with nothing but $2500 and a passion for cars. He has since grown it into a rapidly growing, multi-million dollar revenue generating business spanning four markets in less than three years.

He is joined by Kashyap Barnawal and Sashit Shrestha, who have 22+ combined years of experience in Finance and IT.
