SecureSplit soft-launched on March 16, 2026, followed by a temporary pause in sales to address early product bugs and further improve the user experience. After hard-launching in late June, SecureSplit® has converted 28 paying firms in just a couple of months of active selling (growing monthly), with zero cancellations since July 1, 2026.

Current billed MRR is growing sizably, to the tune of 39% MoM growth, along with 92+% retention (as of August 31, 2026).

One enterprise contract is pending signature, with twelve further opportunities in the pipeline. SecureSplit® is also supported by partnerships with the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts® (IDFA®) and the Divorce Financial Planning Training Center, which serve as important feeder channels for continued growth.

This raise is sized to bridge that trough, not to fund experimentation. The core platform is built. State-specific calculators are live in all 51 jurisdictions, court-ready forms are live in 37 states with the remainder completing in December 2026, and tax impact modeling is live. What this money buys is the layer that turns a working product into an enterprise-ready business.

The proceeds are intended to support:

1. Integrations: Connect SecureSplit® to the CRM and financial planning systems firms already run, so the platform sits inside existing workflows rather than beside them.
2. SOC 2 Type II: Complete the security certification that enterprise buyers and larger firm networks require before signing.
3. In-house engineering: Move development from a contracted partner to internal capacity, so release speed and product knowledge stay with the company.
4. Enterprise readiness and customer acquisition: Support the enterprise pipeline and build a predictable acquisition engine.
