For example, 'timing out' the points rewards if an identical item is scanned within an unusually short time. We've carried out plenty of research on this and found that if someone is willing to make an effort to scan an item, it is extremely unlikely that they'll then purposefully contradict the guidance. It includes the services we aim to provide with our technology (including web portals for organisations and data licensing). They are transaction-based, as we appreciate that advertising-based revenue is difficult to quantify, so omitted from our calculations.
