RYSE SmartShades begins shipping this week from sales on our website. The challenge we have is inventory - we don't have enough inventory to sell through (which is the use-of-funds for this campaign). Hi Patrick - this is a revenue-share deal in which you earn 10% of revenue, paid out every quarter until you get 2X your money back! We also have a Reg A+ offering coming online very soon on WeFunder for equity in the company.

What quarter would you expect investor distributions to begin?

It will be for sales generated during the first full fiscal quarter after the close of this round. For example, if we close by January 2022, the first disbursements will be for revenue generated from Q2-2022 (April-June), with payments made in July.
