Dog lovers - Marley and Me, Air Bud, Old Yeller, Snoopy. These are just a few household dogs who captivated their audiences with their own unique appeal. Lulu will warm hearts in the same way. 

Crime film fans - Raising Arizona, Seven Psychopaths, Fargo, John Wick. A good crime film gives viewers a rush of adrenaline. Our fast paced film doesn’t have a dull moment. From wire to wire we expect viewers to be on the edge of their seats waiting for the next beat.

BUDGET BREAKDOWN

We will need a total budget of 350,000 to properly compensate industry professionals.  We also intend to use SAG actors which entails stipulated minimum payments along with specialized personnel (fight coordinators, dog trainers, special effect artists, etc.)

MINNESOTA REBATES

We plan to utilize the Minnesota Film Rebates throughout production. The rebate will be worth anywhere between 25-70% of each MN-based expense. In maximizing the rebate, we will employ Minnesotan film workers and highlight our great state on screen. Assuming we are able to gather our full budget, we would plan to give most, if not all of the rebate money back to our investors!

This is a projected timeline and not a guarantee.

INVESTOR PLAN

Our terms follow the standard: 120% Return On Investment + 50% of Net Profit. 

We on the production side of things, will not see a cent of Net Profits until each investor's 120% ROI is fulfilled. Once that is returned, further funds will be distributed to investors based on their equity size. Investors will be paid out on a quarterly basis in perpetuity.

We are using WeFunder to evaluate investor interest. Your investment is non-binding, meaning once our project is green-lit, only then will you be asked to officially invest. UNDERGRADS - OUR FIRST FEATURE FILM

We created our first feature film, UNDERGRADS, while still in college. Rather than waiting for opportunities to come our way, we decided to take matters into our own hands and create a path for ourselves. We assembled a team of young people and students who shared our goals to bring the project to life. Although we studied film production in school, UNDERGRADS became our true education. 

Shooting a feature in the middle of a pandemic had its challenges, including multiple reshoots due to quarantine periods. Rather than succumb to the stress and uncertainty, we used the challenges as opportunities to grow as filmmakers. As a result, each subsequent reshoot ran more smoothly than the last. After nearly 2 years, we successfully completed the film and submitted to film festivals.

UNDERGRADS screened at festivals across the country, including San Francisco Independent Film Festival, Manhattan Film Festival, and Boston International Film Festival. That exposure allowed us to partner with our distributor, FOUR BY THREE.
