We invested in Roomongo because of our utmost confidence in the founders and their unique product in the online travel space.   As the light at the end of the Covid-tunnel gets closer, we know travel plans are picking up  - promising an explosion of bookings in the near future.  Roomongo is a timely new player in the travel space that fills in industry gaps with much needed innovations.  Starting with the platform's wide bandwidth of hospitality options all in one place (not just hotels, but also VRBO, AirBnB, ..glamping!)   Additionally, online users will be able to access those options through Roomongo's  'trip builder' tool which allows friends and family to collaborate. As avid travelers ourselves, we  welcome this one-stop shop site. We met Patrick and Rob over 20 years ago.  Aside from the fact they are incredibly nice guys, Patrick impressed us with his creative marketing, product development and business strategy skills.  Rob brought his deep knowledge of technology, CRM and applications.  Recognizing talent when we see it, we ended up starting a successful direct marketing business with Rob and Patrick within just a short time of knowing them.  With a lot of hard work and devotion -  we were able to grow and sell that business within 6 years.  We've seen what they can do. We have confidence in their success. The dream to build a unique online travel site that would stand out above all others has been their number one focus since 2017.   We are very impressed with where Roomongo is currently -  including the fact that there is no debt attached.  We have no doubt that the infusion of funds will catapult this company to their ultimate goal.
