What rights come with the specific type of shares being sold here? Common stock class A/B/C? Preferred shares? Bonds?

I try to avoid getting too many K-1 statements especially for smaller investments. Would it be reasonable to assume that I wouldn’t get K-1 statements in the near term (i.e. not annually)?

Hi Steven, I am not an expert on K-1s, but my understanding is that K-1 statements are sent when there are distributions. We expect break even to occur at the end of 2027 / beginning of 2028, so I believe you're unlikely to receive any K-1 statements before then. Alternatively, if you're an accredited investor and would like to make a sizeable investment, we can bring you in via Regulation D and you won't get any K-1s.

Hi Kyle, of course! We expect 2024 revenues to land at $2M +/- 10%. The entirety of this amount is from contract revenue. ---- Changes from 2023: In 2023, RISE fulfilled a large (for us) production contract from USAF for the Compact Lifting Device (CLD). There was no follow-on production contract for the CLD in 2024.
