Our Founder

Being in the health care industry for the past 20 years, we saw the need to provide transportation to patients. A missed healthcare appointment has adverse health outcomes, including complications in chronic illnesses, and disruption in continuity of care. We want to focus on giving patients the quality of care they need.

Many patients are unable to attend their doctor's appointments due to transportation issues. This lack of transportation resource results in missed medical appointments where the patients have the opportunity to receive medical guidance and treatment. Due to missed appointments, many patients have experienced declining health, as they have to delay their appointments in hopes of the ability to attend the next one. This is especially the case for older patients who need more medical attention and assistance. 

Ride Velo is a ride-sharing company that provides patients the opportunity to book their rides so they can attend medical appointments on time. This company is bridging the gap for continuing medical care that patients need while making medical transportation more efficient and cost effective.


- We combine modern ride-sharing technology with integrated ICD10 and Social Determinants of Health. 

- We integrate operations with hospitals/HER and population systems, allowing an individual office health systems to organize transportation needs. 

- We use SAAS, Hybrid and sole Velo provider solutions. 

- We directly address the impact of the social determinants of health transportation on patient care and health outcomes, as well as important "CARE GAPS" that can affect access and quality of healthcare.

- We integrate with the managed care and solo provider organizations!

- We use H7 & HIPPA compliant integrated scheduling system with HER vendors, hospitals, nursing homes, and private practices. 

- We can schedule multiple patients at one time.

- Our customers can directly submit Medicare and Medicaid claims with us.
