But we didn't just build a luxury gadget; we built a missing link in the home fragrance industry.



By 2027, it is anticipated that nearly 70% of homes in the United States will utilize smart home products. As this smart home revolution gains traction, we’ve witnessed a few clever companies bring scent to the table, companies like Pura, Aroma360, and now Pura to name a few.

Despite all the innovation around essential oils and proprietary vials, wax - the most beloved, nostalgic, and dominant format in home fragrance - has sat idle. It was passed up by the tech innovators and ignored by the fragrance giants.

Our approach to building Relm was intentional: We didn't force a new behavior; we upgraded an existing ritual.

  2. Intelligent Mobile App: Full control at the user's fingertips, unlocking custom schedules to wake up to scent, build automation routines based on location, and curate specific scent profiles for every mood.
  3. Immersive Mood Lighting: More than just scent. Relm features a dimmable, color-tunable LED ring that lets users match the visual ambiance to the fragrance, creating a complete sensory experience.
  4. Wax Preservation Mode: Eliminates rapid wax consumption. Our proprietary alternating heat cycles gently pulse heat to extend the life of the scent.
  5. Premium Design: Built to be displayed, not hidden. A minimalist, architectural aesthetic designed to blend into modern home decor, with rigorous safety certifications (UL/ETL) built into the roadmap.
  6. Easy Wax Removal: No more scraping or freezing. Built in wax ejection mechanism offers clean, safe, and mess-free removal of used wax in seconds.

Hardware Entry, Software Scale

Unlike competitors who rely solely on trapping users in a "razor-and-blade" model, we have built a diversified revenue engine that respects the customer's freedom while maximizing Lifetime Value (LTV).

  1. Hardware Sales (The Entry Point): We sell the Relm Smart Warmer at a $99 retail point. With an average initial order value of $122 (device + initial wax), we generate immediate revenue on day one.
  2. Subscription Services (The Growth Engine): While users can use any wax, our "Scent Discovery" subscription ($8-15/mo) offers curated, premium wax melts delivered to their door. This creates a recurring revenue stream with an expected LTV of $180–$200/year per subscriber.
  3. The Scent Data Marketplace (Future Scale): We are building more than a device; we are building the intelligence layer for the wax fragrance industry. As we scale, our platform will aggregate granular, anonymized usage data. Our strategy is built on a clear, phased execution plan to transition from small scale production to scalable manufacturing & recurring revenue.

  1. Phase 1: Scale from Small-Batch to Mass Production. We are moving from prototype to power. This phase is dedicated to finalizing injection tooling with our contract manufacturer and producing our first 1,000–2,000 units. Simultaneously, we are establishing our fulfillment logistics to ensure that when the "buy" button goes live, inventory is ready to ship immediately.
  2. Phase 2: Launch DTC Sales & Start Subscriptions. Once inventory lands, we turn on the revenue tap. We will launch our direct-to-consumer platform and activate the "Scent Discovery" subscription model. By leveraging paid media and influencer tests, we aim to acquire our first 500 net-new customers and validate our recurring revenue metrics.
  3. Phase 3: Scale Growth & Expand Distribution. With the engine running, we pour fuel on the fire. We will ramp up ad spend, conduct outreach for wholesale distribution, and secure strategic brand partnerships. Our target: hit $1M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and grow our subscriber base to 5,500 active users.



We are raising capital to transition from prototype to mass production and launch our direct-to-consumer sales engine. This round is being raised on a SAFE with a $1.35M valuation cap, offering early believers significant upside potential.
