Does an investment (other than supporting the obvious good goals) only give the investor access to the "perks," and an ability in the future to purchase shares? Or does it give actual shares to the investor?

Hey Eileen, as soon as we file our Form C with the SEC you will be asked to confirm your investment. Once you confirmed, you would fund the investment and receive shares in the company.
