Convertible notes are frequently used in early stage startups, where setting a valuation can be complicated due to lack of data to do so. Hey James! We have partnered with a co-packer with enough capacity to face the coming two to three years at least. So far we have adjusted production output according to projected demand and availability of working capital. We have run 3 productions with a total of 40 k bottles.
