Hi Stephen, greats questions. Our national expansion plan will be a targeted expansion beginning Q2 2017. We will strategically grow to markets from New York to Chicago to Orleans and Southern California coupled with a region specific marketing campaign. We will definitely consider equity crown funding in the future.

In lieu of sharing 100% of retail location profits with employees, can you clarify whether you are planning to obtain any profits from your retail locations or will their impact be confined to brand perception and community betterment? If a financial benefit is to be obtained ...

Hi Tyler, Good questions. The employees keep the profits from the Red Bay Coffee Box. Red Bay will earn profits from the wholesales sales to the Box. 97% of our profits come from our wholesale business...... We changed our payout offer after we hit out minimum goal of $50k because it was in the best interest of our company.

What will you use this raised money for? And do you expect to have to raise again, if so when?

Hi Nico, The purpose of the funds we be used to purchase large quantity of green beans. We project to raise growth capital in late 2017

You mentioned in the Details section that your company also assists small business owners to start their own cafe/espresso bars. Is this an ongoing part of your business model?

Hi Vivien, Yes, assisting in the launching of cafe/espresso bar coffee programs is a key pillar of our customer support. The better trained they are the better drinks they serve, we all win. This is something that we excel at. A recent example is Bicycle Banh Mi, SF. We helped them from start to finish. This included sourcing their equipment, training their staff and even product/menu development.
