Crowdfunding Campaign Goals:

- To invest in marketing and increase sales to at least 1 unit per store, per day for the 700 stores (Kroger, Harris Teeters, Lowes Food, Food Town, Fresh Market) in Georgia, North Carolina and the DC Metro area Dope is currently sold in.
- Selling 1 bag of coffee, per day is 700 bags of coffee a day.
- Dope retails between $12.99 and $23.99; with the average sales price per bag is $16.99
- This means that we'll use the $500k to market and accelerate sales; estimating selling 700 bags per day @ $16.99 a bag; generating gross sales of ~$11k per day, $83k per week, $357k per month and ~$4.29M per year....just from the 700 stores we're in as of December 2024.
- Dope is on track to be offered in an additional 4k-5k retail shelves by the end of 2025; where we anticipate grossing $67k-$84k per day, from this retail footprint alone.

How We Got Here
In March of 2024 Dope Coffee was only in 60 retail locations in Georgia. As of December 2024, Dope is now sold in 700 and growing retail locations in GA, NC, DC, MD and VA. Our current MRR is ~$45k, based solely on word of mouth and organic marketing. How we were able to make that leap is simple--in retrospect. After 5 years of focusing on perfecting the process of coffee manufacturing, we were finally able to shift focus on and crack the code on how to talk-the-talk of retail distribution and focus our efforts on identifying and getting directly in front of retail brand decisions makers. As a result of these tactical enhancements, Dope is now positioned for exponential growth. Additional operational highlights:
- In negotiations with multiple retail brands to expand retail footprint to 4k-5k stores by end of 2025
- In queue to be sold in 2,500 Marine Corps Military Exchanges (Summer 2025)
- In the evaluation process to be sold in 5000+ Army and Navy military exchanges in 2025
- Secured $3.3M in non-dilutive funding from the City of Stonecrest, GA. to build Dope's first flagship cafe and roastery (Opening Q1 2026)
- In discussions with two additional municipalities and economic development agencies to replicate and enhance the $3.3M dollar Stonecrest deal; building Dope Coffee cafes/roasteries in geographically strategic locations across the Southeast USA (Q2 2026)

Future Growth
At its core Dope Coffee is a coffee manufacturer. Spiritually though, we're musicians, artists, performers, rappers and MCs. As such, we've built Dope Coffee as a specialty coffee brand that leverages hip-hop music, curated in-house and beyond, as a vehicle to sell products. Our brand operates at the intersection between content, creativity, and coffee production.
With that in mind, as Dope raises $500k to institutionalize a steady $3M-$4M dollar a year revenue stream from our current footprint of 700 retail locations, we are also looking towards the future and how we'll continue to grow the brand and offerings with strategic investor cash and future revenue.
Dope signed Clejan, The Trap Violinist, as our 4th Dopefluencer. Clejan is poised to increase Dope's online sales by engaging his 3M+ online fan base at the intersection of coffee, culture and hip-hop.

Part of Dope's boots on the ground marketing strategy is to amplify existing relationships and increase coffee sales to nearly fanatical, affinity groups. As part of this sales effort, Dope launched its "Dope Coffee NIL" initiative with friends and alumni of Wake Forest. Under this initiative the boosters and fans of Wake Forest (and soon to be other universities), along with Dope Coffee have created a truly innovative way of engaging, enticing, recruiting and retaining NIL athletes...all while driving Dope Coffee coffee sales in and around the geographic areas where Dope has a strong retail presence.
Long Term Outlook
To truly tell Dope's story we have to go back to December 2019 when Dope Coffee was formed and relive the trials and tribulations of how we survived COVID as a 3 month old coffee company who couldn't open its doors to the public. Though we pivoted hard into online sales and retail shelves, we've never lost sight of our coffee cafe aspirations. Hence why, at the end of this $500k raise and the $1.5M to $2M of revenue it will provide Dope by the end of 2025, we know what is next. Back to basics and launching a chain of brick-n-mortar Dope Coffee Cafes in 2026.
