Thanks for the question, Lucas! Quioveo plans on remaining an LLC for the foreseeable future. And yes, once we're able to cover the development costs of completing Illuminator, monthly operating expenses will be quite low and should allow the company to become profitable within a year of closing this round.

Hello. When will you start generating revenue? Once you do, what are your revenue goals for the first 5 years?

Leonardo, Thank you very much for your question. When we successfully close the round in June, we expect to have a functional beta of Illuminator to take to market in Q3 2021. So from Q3 2021 to the end of 2022, we are projecting $300k in revenue, growing an average of 231.25% per year over the next 5 years.

We have a business model that is a combination of freemium and paid subscription users. These users are in the middle tier of our pricing structure.
