Any insight you can give as to why you project 2026 to have a big jump in revenue but not profit?

Hi Chris, thanks for the question! Our plan is to enter larger etailers and retailers by 2026, which would increase our revenue but in the short term require additional operational costs to fulfill the increase in POs (staffing, equipment, etc)

What does a production-forward facility look like? Would love to better understand how you will shape your production process to meet demand.

Hi Nancy! We’re eyeing a new space that would allow us to better streamline our production and R&D process (equipment, materials) specifically for our fermented products. As we scale , we would consider working with a copacking facility to fulfill greater demand. Lastly, for now, moving away from retail and into a production space but would allow us to save significant rent expenses.
