There's no income splitting of driver fares.

Drivers pay either a low fixed daily, weekly or monthly fee to join the Moxion network and it costs a little more than a daily cup of coffee.

Drivers can set their own price calculations for how to charge passengers.

They can set a fixed fee, or a per mile and per minute rate charge by the number miles or charge by the minutes en route.

Because drivers don't have to worry about handing over upwards of 1/3 of their income they can set lower prices while still taking home more income. Which makes both the passenger and the driver happier.
