ProFit Huntsville: The First of a Scalable Premium Fitness Concept

ProFit has already demonstrated its ability to attract members. Now it is time to focus on maximizing our potential, fine tune our facility and create an environment that accelerates growth. The areas below identify key limiters to our ability to capture new mebers.

Cardio Equipment:

ProFit has three low end treadmills, two low end ellipticals and one low end bike among three stair machines.

Climate Control:

ProFit is very difficult to cool due to an outdated HVAC system.

Flooring:

ProFit's fitness flooring does not cover the reception area, group space, or the cardio area. While this does not impair function it does look strange and to some it can be offputting.
