We are currently planning to acquire Clubs in Ireland, Belize and/or Trinidad, Northern Ireland and possibly other EU/UK countries. We are in advanced discussions in the Republic of Ireland and have the opportunity to purchase 51% of a 1st Division Club for 600,000 Euros. Hello Erik, it’s $1.50 per share. The first $200,000 of investment is at a 2 for 1 discount. Essentially, the shares are 1/2 price. We expect once the 1st round for $2.2 million closes at the end of August we will immediately buy 3 Clubs.
