Your investment buys future equity in Prewrite Inc. under what's called a SAFE agreement. The basic idea is that down the line when we raise a subsequent round of institutional funding, your investment would convert to preferred shares. I am having difficulty reconciling two points. On one hand, you have major studios using your software (congratulations!). On the other hand, you have only $1,000 in monthly revenue. Can you help me understand why you don't have more revenue when you have such large clients?

Hi John, great question. We don't have major studios using Prewrite (yet), we have writers who do work for major studios using the product. In order to satisfy studios, we need enterprise functionality, which is a VERY important part of what this raise will help us deliver.
