The price per share on the Reg D offering ($25,000 and over) has been established at $9.59/share, which equates to the $225M valuation Jonathan mentioned. The Reg CF offering, which will accommodate all of the investments under $25,000, is anticipated to be the exact same valuation and share price. As Jonathan mentioned that offering is waiting on completion of our 2020 audit, and we can't speak about the terms of the Reg CF until that's done and it's officially filed with the SEC.
