We are in constant communication with hundreds of solar installers across the country and add about 20 new installation organizations to our platform each month.

Can someone explain again please what this means, "qualify for the 10% warrant coverage offered on the first 2.5M investments committed in that offering" how exactly does that work or entitle you to? thanks!

Hey JB, it means if you invest 25k and are part of the first 2.5M invested in the Regulation D round, you receive 10% warrants on your total purchase. That means the right to buy an additional 10% of your current position at the same price in the future. It's a way to get more stock in the future, at the same price, without having to pay for it today.

There is no way to pay with Credit Card for this offering, but I can for other offerings. You may want to check with Wefunder on the setup of this offering.
