Hi Eric, our core revenue is a share of the lodging revenue from the glamping units. The percentage share depends on RevPAR and the services that we provide to the landowner. Posh buys and installs the units. Landowners are responsible for preparing the sites, getting utilities to the units, and all common area amenities. If a landowner wants to purchase units directly, we refer them to our distributors and earn a slice of the purchase price. Let us know if you have additional questions.
