How do you compare with Salesforce and other CRM companies ? Can’t they easily come up with similar product ?

Hi Sagar, we are a (first of its kind) live customer communications platform, as opposed to CRM which is more of a customer database. However, we do integrate with CRMs via Zapier so you can store or pull up customer data as part of your conversation and extend our functionality at the same time.
